The company I work for are very effective at providing training materials for me and my team to take on board and deliver to our branch workforce in a comprehensive and understanding manner. It has been my opinion for some time however, that the staff tend to find the way in which the company’s message is delivered to be tedious and monotonous.

Although the training materials delivered are very full and extensive, we can only deliver their message by simply handing out photocopied sheets and reading through them.

I took this issue up with my senior, and recommended an excellent website called completetrainer.co.uk. They offer a superb range of trainer resources, ideal for people like me who are looking to deliver a training message clearly and fully without the delegate falling asleep.

Thankfully, my recommendation was considered and granted a trial, with a new spending budget for the training department to deliver a new and interactive level of training. My colleagues have been thrilled by the new initiative, and so have my seniors, now beginning to roll out a new company-wide policy to fully utilise The Complete Trainer’s fantastic trainer resources.
