I’m always suffering little aches and pains that have bothered me over a number of years now, having very often played a great deal of sports in my younger years. For that long, I’ve been on a keen lookout for a great value, great quality massage Wandsworth service, close to where I live in Greater London.

And now I’ve found it thanks to ICE (Integrated Core Exercise) Fitness’ incredible injury rehabilitation programmes. Their therapy is provided by a Graduate Sports Rehabilitator, a title given only to those who have completed a relevant degree and are fully certified members of the British Association of Sports Rehabilitators and Trainers. Because of this, the results really are out of this world.

During each session a thorough assessment is given and treatment, from a massage to joint mobilisation, is provided to the best degree possible, and I can genuinely say I’ve not had a complaint yet.
