French Gites

After a terrible holiday to Spain, my partner and I were very cautious about booking on the internet again. We’d had a horrible hotel, awful service and questionable hygiene all booked through an internet company.

We chose to go to France this year, after deciding it might be less likely to throw up some of the ghastly tourist experiences we had experienced in the past at the likes of Mallorca and Lanzarote.

French Maison provided us with loads of information and pictures about the French gites we liked on their website. We chose one, and were then able to speak to the owner of our gite directly to ask all the precautionary questions we had. He was very patient and explanatory with all our worries, and managed to reassure us even through emails.

Our stay was fantastic and did so much to erase those horror memories we had of last year. We’ve just booked our holiday for next year and we didn’t even consider using anyone but French Maison.
