Connifers Care has shown the utmost support and consideration during the process of my mother moving in to their Rowan House care home in North London.

Since being advised by doctors to find accommodation with full-time care for mum, my sister and I began scouring the area for care homes that would provide her the best possible care we could be sure she would receive as close to home as possible.

Luckily we found Connifers Care quite quickly and were able to set-up a viewing and interview about mum's condition. The staff at Rowan House were so kind and caring it made the whole process a lot more comforting and reassuring.

The manner with which they treat their clients is with such a respect and care for their well-being that although a brief goodbye can always leave a pain in the pit of your stomach, you are reassured by the outstanding level of care your loved one is receiving.

The prospect of the transition from living at home to residential care couldn't have been more daunting for my sister and me, but now that our mum is settled in and enjoying life again, we're so happy we were able to find Connifers Care.
