Mike’s Homemade is a fantastic company that specialises in homemade chutneys, preserves, marmalades, and pickled onions. The company have a brilliant website that displays all of their wonderful locally produced items and shares them with the world.

If you take a closer look at the website you will come across a tab entitled Aylesbury Ducks, and here you will find another fantastic string to the Mike’s Homemade bow.

At company owners Mike and Claire Dentith’s home in Woodseaves, Staffordshire, live their family of six Aylesbury ducks; Dave, Daffy, Daisy, Dolly, Dot and Dill. This year they started breeding, and so Mike’s Homemade are now also able to supply some cute and charismatic three-week-old Aylesbury ducklings ready for new and happy homes.

I enquired about Mike’s Homemade’s Aylesbury ducks recently and was thrilled to agree to come and pick a couple of them up to take back to my home in Gloucestershire. My children adore our new family members, and it’s all been thanks to Mike’s Homemade.
