Sweat Guard offers a truly unique range of products that combat the effects of excessive sweating. The condition is called hyperhidrosis and tends to begin during childhood, with no apparent cause, and persists throughout life.

Excessive sweating can cause embarrassment, particularly in social situations due to the visual effects of the condition, namely wet patches on clothes as a result of sweating. In order to avoid such embarrassment, Sweat Guard has developed a number of products to prevent and mask the production of excessive sweat.

The company’s dress shields, or sweat pads are a spectacular idea, providing a small and inconspicuous absorbent pad to soak up all the sweat that secretes from the arm area. The sweat pad’s top layer absorbs sweat whilst the sweat-proof membrane stops sweat from passing through onto your clothes. The pads are available in both a disposable version, which is stuck to the inside of clothing with an adhesive strip, and a washable version which can be sewn or attached with a safety pin.

Sweat Guard also provides silver socks for sufferers of foot sweat and odour, as well as formulated deodorant for body odour sufferers.
